How do I submit my prescription?+
You can upload a photo of your prescription, enter the values manually at checkout, or have your eye doctor send it to us directly. We verify every prescription before crafting your lenses.
What lens types do you offer?+
We offer single vision prescription lenses in two options: Standard Polarized and Puffy Shift (adaptive + polarized). Both are made with impact-resistant polycarbonate and 100% UV protection. Puffy Shift lenses adapt to changing light conditions so one pair works all day.
What's your shipping and return policy?+
Free shipping on every order, delivered in 7–10 business days. Not happy? Return or exchange within 30 days. We'll cover the return shipping too.
Do I really get prescription lenses included in the price?+
Yes. Every pair of Puffy Sun sunglasses includes custom prescription lenses at no extra cost. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden lens fees or upcharges.
Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA?+
We provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout.
