Processing Time: Prescription sunglasses are custom-made for you. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

International: We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.

30-Day Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in original condition with all accessories (case, cloth) included. We cannot accept returns on damaged or modified items.

How to Return: Contact us at help@puffysun.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original payment method will be credited.

Exchanges: Want a different size or style? We'll ship your new pair as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if you prefer.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and include standard prescription lenses. Upgrades (Puffy Vision, high-index) are additional.

Intellectual Property: All content on this site (images, text, designs) is owned by Puffy Sun and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability: Puffy Sun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
